2009 Event Cancelled

The 2009 Rally WV event has been canceled officially as of 9 AM, Sunday, July 19, 2009. We are heartbroken at reaching this decision. We thank everyone who has worked to help make the event possible for this year. We are looking forward to helping make the event happen next year.
